Your goal during the movement is to keep your knees stacked over your hips pressing your heels down. Hold for a second and then lower your hips down. Do 3 sets of 8-10 reps. This workout not only targets your glutes but also focuses on abs, lower back, and hip flexors.

Return to the starting point while maintaining a tight core. Do 3 sets of 8-10 reps. This workout is essential for the knee joint which will ultimately help you run, jump and kick better while simultaneously toning your lower body.
Stand facing the anchor point with legs shoulder distance apart. Hold the handles in front of you with elbows soft and your hands nice and relaxed. Without leaning backward, inhale and lower your hips into a squat. Always remember just like a regular squat your knees should not cross over your heels. Do 3 sets of 8-10 reps. This exercise really offers amazing benefits to your glutes, quads, butt, and hamstrings.
Adjust the strap to mid-calf and suspend your right foot in both the cradles and hop a little away from the anchor point. Find your balance, extend both your arms directly in front of your chest, inhale and lower down into a lunge. Make sure to keep your spine straight and extend your right leg to feel the burn.
